Hmm.. First off, young women always have crushes on older men because they're usually wise, they have status in life, they're sexy.

Secondly, stay AWAY from this guy. He has crossed a boundary that he should not have.

It is sometimes a written rule, especially if it's high school it is, and in most universities it is unethical for current students and current teachers to get involved.

In either case, he would be fired, or, at least, severely censured and sent to therapy.

A peck on the cheek is one thing, but if this kiss was sexual, this dude is wrong.
