How can I ask a guy to facetime without seeming creepy?

There is this guy, who is really interesting but I'm not crushing on him because it won't make sense as we're pen friends so we might never meet. But anyways after a few days of texting, he asked me to facetime and we did. Later he suggested to do it again the following week but we both got busy so we didn't and said we will postpone it but we never decided on a specific time. We kept texting regularly though. Except that in the past days he has been slow on replying to my texts. Like one time he took two days to reply and I replied later at the same day and now another two days had passed and he still didn't reply to my text. (We practically text normal things and questions to get to know each other) I am still interested to know him and he seems really friendly and when we're texting he asks questions about me and is willing to always even ramble in voice messages and things were going pretty well. I want to facetime again but I don't know if asking him will seem creepy or clingy.

But back again when he's not reply ur chat.. 2 days tho.. how bout u texting again w him regularly like u guys used to.. make sure u reply him quick af af like a minute after he text u so we r gonna know this issue of why he texting u late within 2 days. Cuz the last time u also replied it late too that kinda make sense if he's not straight away to text u.. but this time we make a plan that u try to reply him quick af straight away after he text u, the chance of him still online is 99% n the chance if he straight away texting ur chat is also 99% cuz he prolly still hold the phone n see ur notif right so he's not gonna abandone ur chat
