Ladies, which one of these is more attractive : a guy protective of his colleague or a guy protective of his girlfriend?

The first guy would jump in a fight where ANY woman was being harassed by other guys, and the second would only interrupt if the alpha in him is awoken by his damsel in distress.

I'd love if a guy trusts me enough to always hear my side of story first and respects me as a woman, but I'd be a little turned on if he doesn't do it because he likes me, he is against harassment in general. With romance taken out of equation, it'd take a lot for him to fight for her — just colleagues looking out for each other.

I don't know, I'd say the colleague guy.

If he's willing to step up for a colleague, he's probably going to step up even more for his girlfriend.

I've dated men afraid of confrontation before. Oof, the amount of times I had to be the one to guide us out of dangerous situations and step up to defend myself or even him. Ugh.

I refuse to date anyone afraid or avoidant of confrontation now. They don't have to like it, in fact it's best if they don't, but they need to be able to handle it. Especially as the world continues to get worse.

I'm not jumping to fight for any woman. If she's being harassed I can just hang around her while I wait for the police as I call them right in front of the bastards. Are they going to be stupid enough to try beat me up on the phone while I'm talking to cops? No, they're going to find easier pussy elsewhere.

Problem solved, no macho violence necessary. And if anyone dares to lay a hand on me? Well I trained in martial arts for 11 years for a damn reason and I can still kick over my head ☺️

I feel quite protective of the female chef in our kitchen, though I haven't needed to come to blows with anyone as a result. Everyone in the kitchen loves her, she's a loveable person. If anything it's the front of house waitresses /bartenders who are more likely to be harassed, but overall we have a friendly local clientele, so serious issues are rare.

That’s not difficult…One who acknowledges colleagues sentiments, however, makes one’s ultimate loyalty to “wife or whatever”.
I’m not trusting an employee who does not do that. One like this will throw my company under the bus in a second.
