My ex is checking my status after 7 months, why?
If he's over me or doesn't want me anymore, why check my status? He broke up with me.

I think men subconsciously place people in our lives at a certain distance or time. I have a friend that is a female and she's trying to date this guy but she says he only will call her maybe every three days or so. My response was that's because you're on a three day distance program. Of course I have to explain, it seems that guys whether knowingly or not will calculate the time or distance that they can go with the minimal amount of effort to keep someone in their life especially girlfriends. You want to keep them at a certain distance or time just in case you ever have a dry spell you always have them in reserve and a better chance to sleep with him than a stranger. Crude, harsh or wrong it is what it is

I don't know why he does it. You could either ask him why he does it or just leave him alone. I can't read his mind. There could be many reasons why he might be doing this

Could be boredom. You ever been bored and said to yourself, " I wonder what blank is up to, how they're doing". Did you guys part on good terms? If so he may still consider you a friend. Even if you aren't together anymore.

You can see it. Like when you click on your own story, it has an option for you to view who has seen it.

Maybe both. We are LDR, and only a week or two before he broke up with me he said he wanted to live with me. I think he is making himself crazy.
