I go to the gym everyday and train for 2-3 hours and yes, I sweat a lot. 3 days ago I was training at the field and there was a guy staring at me while I was drying my sweat. He didn’t look away, he just kept looking my way and at me. He then just smiled and looked at my shirt which was soaking wet from all the sweat and he left. He didn’t say anything but he left me thinking if men think women are gross for sweating so much?
I really, really don't think he was grossed out. No guy, is going to stare at a woman if they think she's gross. It's a turn on for probably most guys to see a woman break a sweat. It's probably part of the reason gym dates are becoming increasingly popular.
If a guy stares at you without looking away, he probably wants to have sex with you. We don't just stare at women we think are gross because we think their so fascinating or something.
I hate to think someone checking you out while you were working so hard made you self conscious.
I sincerely think, being myself a very sweaty person, that sweat is generally perceived as gross but it’s something we all have to accept since it’s not something you can control. Eating with open mouth is gross and despicable, and this can be corrected. I don’t judge people for their sweating since anyone can avoid to sweat due to perspiration, I can say it’s only unbecoming when it’s accompanied with bad smell.
My husband loves how I smell when I'm sweaty after the gym. I'm sure like anything, some men find it attractive while others find it gross. Next time you see him staring at you when you're all sweaty, do a quick visual to see if he's getting excited and that will answer your question, at least with this guy.
When I go for a run in the morning, I get sweaty 🥵 and that’s a normal thing after working out. We don’t “sweat”, sis. We glow after a workout and he was definitely checking you out!

As a matter of fact, I have this female friend that I'm really close to. There have been days where she wondered if she reeked of sweat. I told her no as I could only barely notice it. I don't find it gross at all. It's just sweat. I means that she knows how to push herself.
I guess it could be a bit gross if she was stinky. But even then, not a big deal. That's what showers are for.

First what I would say is you're doing good thing. A woman who loves fitness is a good choice. I don't think girls who sweat are gross. Not at all and it's scientifically proven there are pheromones released as well which can attract the opposite sex. That's the science side. For me personally it's more of a fetish. Nothing hotter unless it's like you haven't showered in days. Fresh gym sweat has it's appeal.

I you shower often, sweat does not smell bad. Therefore, provided they are young and attractive, there in nothing about sweating that would be gross. If fact, it they are playing or working out, it is kinda of sexy.

My woman is fijian-irish so she can sweat, personally the smell of her sweat doesn't bother me aslong as she has showered that morning. But the smell of her hair at the end of the day makes my head swim.
its a natural bodily function that people can't help but do. what can be considered gross is how/what the person does or continues to do after they get that way.
