Why attractive people act so insecure when they don’t get attention?

I’ve been working at a modeling agency for about 2 years, we get models doing their profiles everyday. The majority of the models are beautiful and handsome but they carry themselves with an air of arrogance and confidence (now not all of them are this way, just the majority). What’s weird thought is that they act and react differently when an average girl like me doesn’t give them attention or acknowledge their beauty like the majority of my coworkers. So why, why attractive people act so arrogant and yet insecure when not given the attention or appraisal they expect especially guys?

That is a simple one to answer. SOME, not all models have egos the size of a small planet. If you don't drop at their feet merely by the sight them, they think the planet will implode!

They are insecure and need the attention to make themselves feel better.. they like all attention no matter the person.

Well I am honestly the same way. I am not a ugly person but I am not all that, I was probably once upon a time an 8 and am still a solid 7 myself. I am not than happy with looks, health and level of physical fitness. True I am not making any magazine covers any time soon, but I know I have a lot to offer a good women. When I was young I really thought I was something specials and all that. But even then I was very turned off by people that acted like they deserved more attention then they actually got from me. I never went out of my way to impress a good looking women.

So yes I agree with you the majority of them have a pretty inflated sense of self worth. To me you can't be a 10 if your personality sucks, and I don't care how good looking you are. I have found more happiness in dating what some people might consider average looking women... but to me they were really good and amazing women that knew how to treat a man right, and that is so much more attractive and sexy to me than anything else.

But the sad truth is that you are correct, they feel entitled to more attention then they deserve, because there as so many other men and women out there that will go out of their way to give it to them. And when they don't get what they have come to expect from a person, then they assume you're the one with the attitude problem.

Rich and affluent people tend to be this way as well. I knew someone who worked for a travel company. And he'd frequently had to deal with company executives and she said the arrogance of them was astounding.

Some of it is…at least for me. I’m always better looking than the girl. Bits really not a blessing BECAUSE in real life women are supposed to be prettier…-They are wickedly insecure no matter how I dote upon them. Just a different perspective from 12-25 in the Business🤷🏻‍♂️ The last thing I wanted was more attention…

When you spend your days being extremely attractive, that's just your default setting. That's what feels normal to you. So when you don't have people fauning over you, it feels like more a rejection because your frame of reference is adoration.

Because they've been taught that's all they're worth. Even as children, adults behave more favorably to you if you're good looking.
