Why is this happening?

he says that i'm beautiful, he likes me etc, but he always doesn't answer me. he says that he wants to marry me, but he gave me the cold shoulder. He sent a message first, and doesn't answer me anymore. Why?

No, he text me first, and i ask things like "How are you?" But he doesn't answer me. he ignores me and then sends me a message with another subject

Looks are irrelevant. The respect a person receives shouldn't be based on the level of attractiveness they possess. I really can't tell you how you should proceed with him.. but it sounds like you are addicted to him.. and the way to get off a drug is to wein yourself off of it slowly..
