I went offline for a week why is my boyfriend upset with me?

My girlfriend does the same and it makes me more sad than upset, that how she might go for a week without talking to me checking on each other, keep thinking that she might not think of me as I think of her and lots of negative feelings come along. So maybe he feels the same

I am not an expert so you it's just my opinion you don't have to take it, when she disappear for more than 2 or 3 days I go crazy, I always check on her because I care and I love her. So you don't have to always be the one who checks. Because when a man care he always wants to be around you
