Cause im realizing i came to work for a check. Not to be friends or feed egos or whatever else. So if i get harassed or in sulted who cares what these people think i dont respect them at all.

It's great if you love going to work, like your colleagues, and trust your bosses. But that's not the reason most of us work, it's not a club, and some workplaces are not nice places unfortunately.

I have to daily remind myself why i go to my job. Its the increased pay, location , easier wok, etc. Compared to my previous jobs it's technially way better. I have to be posutive and professional minded.

Have an exit plan in mind though. You'll get tired of it eventually and want to move on.

Lmao its been a month almost and im already tired of it. I figure once my 90 days probation is over i can at least transfer 2 anoher2 location.
