My male coworker has photos of me saved on his phone and sends them to his friends. Is this sexual harassment?

I've received the same action by female coworkers.

I was initially annoyed by the action, but after thinking it through, It's really not that bigger deal. It's clear he finds you attractive. It's really not our right to control how people express their love or admiration for you lol.. short of them actually harming you or disturbing your life in a way that slows down your productivity.

I don't think so but you might be able to do something about it but it depends where he got them from, unfortunately if he took them from your profile page then I don't believe you can do anything because anything you post public I believe you have no control over

How did you get the photos?

Are they naked pictures of you?

Is he saying things derogatory about you? Is he saying suggestive things about you?

It is best that you look up the definition of sexual harassment. And go from that point.

He asked his sister to find them of me. I didn’t send them to him.

How do you know his sister? Do you hang out with his sister? Do you work with his sister? Why did he want your photos? Why did he want your photos? Why did he ask his sister to get the photos? Did his sister take the photos of you? Did his sister ask you for the photos because her brother thought you were cute?
Did he say that he would like to have sex with you anytime because you're hot? Has he come up and touched you without your permission? Has he brushed up against you without your permission? Has he come up and touched you in a provocative way? Brushing his bodies against your breast? Has he caressed your butt? Has he did anything to you without your consent?
Men have a tendency to talk to their men about their encounters. Some of these encounters could be how you had approached him. Did you innocently flirted with him?
Talk with your HR at work on what are the grounds for sexual harassment. If your company you work for does not have an HR. the state that you live in has a place that you can go talk to people about and they can give you guidance. Used to be the places that you apply for employment or apply for unemployment insurance. They've changed the names of these places in each state. Sometimes they have places online to give you questions and answers. Or people you can chat with online. They can't tell you what to do but they can give you advice and who to see if you still feel it is sexual harassment.

Potentially harassment if he is actively doing this against your will.

It also depends what kind of pictures they are.

If that's your hobby and you post about it online, the fact he's sharing the picture might be mildly annoying, but it's not really something you have a reasonable expectation of privacy about.

Well I’m building a case against him. That’s only scratching the surface.
He told me he thought I was stupid when I first started working here, that he’s a sapiosexual and I didn’t turn him on, I did horrible in my interview, and throughout the day he will text me that he’s thinking about my ass, thinking about me, and wished I was with him in his bed.
