Me and this guy I’m seeing went to a bar and I met his sister and his two aunts. However he didn’t introduce me as a girlfriend
What does this mean? Is it still a good sign?

Well i think they must have picked it on that you are his girlfriend. I think he made that pretty clear

  We haven’t talked about what we are lol so we’re not boyfriend/girlfriend we’ve only been seeing each other for 3 months now

  So it isn't official and he introduced you as a friend. So thats the reason. But he is planning to go official otherwise he wouldn't have gone to see his sisters with you
