Guy's Behavior

This guy who I’ve been ignoring was talked to me about work related stuff and I’ve also noticed that he was making a lot of eye contact with me?

It seemed like he was glad I wasn’t ignoring him. Also the other day he was talking to a girl and he looked over at me and smiled and he did the same thing today too. He was talking to a girl and turned around, looked at me, and smiled. I was wondering what all of this means? No rude comments please.
