Why would a guy avoid you now that he’s in a relationship?

This guy showed a lot of attraction towards me but we aren’t allowed to date bc of rules.. but we’re not friends, I don’t have his number or anything.. why is he kind of avoiding me if nothing ever happened between us…

it’s nice that he’s talking to someone but I don’t understand why it has to be weird. I didn’t even react to him before

The reason I can’t date him is bc he’s my professor for a art class. We are close in age

It’s out of respect for his girlfriend, really. You two weren’t friends, it sounds more like there was attraction and potential to date but the “rules” forbade it. So not that he’s seeing someone, a connection with you is just inappropriate because of past history. Don’t take it personally.

But the first thing I noticed is that he’s always looking at me. Not staring but always shooting glances at me no matter where I am in the room. If he’s passing, across or if I’m just walking through the doors he’s looking and smiling.

He tries to subtly get close or stand close. Not inappropriate or sexual way… and not often. He was helping me with something. He was guiding my finger but he placed his hand gently on mine while doing so

Or he was like “I finally get to come over to you. How are you?”

But he could be like that with others I don't know

It's normal.. just let him be.. let him get settled and comfortable in his new setup and he'll surely come around like others always do
