Technically he already has feelings for you, in a sexual way if he finds you attractive. Now if you’re referring to feelings as he likes you, he wants to date you, then yes that is possible. That’s usually how relationships start out anyway. Man find a female attractive, pursues her as far as asking her out, getting to know her more. The hard part of figuring out whether he really interested in you as a girlfriend or just for sex.

Of course. Usually what happens is he has good feelings for you. When you open your mouth or start doing things contrary to the idea he had of you in his head... things are ruined. I mean unless you measure up to his idea.
