We met through mutual friends and had a great time together, but we only hung out 3 times. Is that enough time to know if he is interested in me?

We met through mutual friends. He got out of a relationship 4 months ago , it’s was a two year relationship. I finally am open to talking with someone new again. He seemed to really like me , very affectionate, sweet, caring , text me everyday , wanted to get to know me.
We talked for 2 months but only saw each other 3 times. Twice we were with friends for the weekend when we hungout and the 3rd time was one on one. Is that enough time for a guy to know if he wants something with you?

Ok because we had such a great time together and he was so affectionate and I never once saw any red flags but we ended up ending things on good terms bc he wasn’t ready to make that type of commitment with someone new again at this time and he knew I wanted to eventually have something serious if things continued to go well. But another thing was , he just got out of a long distance relationship, so not only was he ready to make that commitment again right now but him and I also live two hours away so he said it was something he was thinking about but he isn't wanting to do distance.

So my question is , was it more so he wasn’t that into me? I mean he could never keep his hands off me and he was so respectful and kind. I treated him the same way and he even said that I treated him for good as well.
Now, he continues to like every photo I post. But we don’t talk anymore. So I just wonder if when he is ready, maybe he’ll reach out if he wants to?
