He told me he’s not sure about us and wants to get to know me better (we’ve been out 6 times over 5 weeks)?

Before on some dates he was asking what I was looking for and he said he wants a serious relationship and that he’s really attracted to me. Now when I asked what we are after like 6 dates he’s saying he’s not sure what he wants and that he wants a relationship but still wants to get to know me better and isn’t sure about us. He said we’re not “Exclusive” but said he’s not dating anyone else. The reason we’re not “exclusive” he says is because he wants to get to know me better and doesn’t know me well enough yet. Just a week or so more ago he kept saying he really likes me. I’m so confused and hurt. Should I continue and see where it goes or just leave it?

This can go two ways. He could be seeing other people worse case scenario, or just wants to make sure you two have mesh well together.. only thing is after after 5 dates you should know by then. Good luck

We slept together on the 6th. I usually don’t sleep with a guy without commitment. But still…if he likes me he does so it shouldn’t deter him.
He told me he’s not seeing other women.

ohh so you did sleep with him. That could change a lot. Maybe he didn't feel the chemistry.. or I don't want to say this but just wanted sex. I am a man and I can be honest. men will say things for their advantage. The only thing I see is 5 dates is a lot and by then you should know

I just can’t help but feel like shit now. But he told me last weekend he wanted us to start getting physical because he wants some affection, and said that what he wants to work toward a romantic/sexual relationship. He told me before that I’m worth the wait and stuff. But now he’s acting distant like he doesn’t seem super into me and I’m confused. He invested a lot into me and I never put out til now.
