Have you ever done this?

have you ever switched seats when someone sat next to you?

i sat next to a guy on the bus, had big bag didn't feel like standing, and he sat next to me for awhile until my bagged dropped and i put it next to me, still giving him his personal space but he got up and moved to sit next to someone across from me?

and then when the bus let a lot of people off i moved to another spot and he returned back to the seat he was in initially. it was weird.

why did he do that? have you ever got up and left a seat when someone sat next to you, and why?
