Would a guy constantly chase a woman for sex?

He's been chasing me for a year, he asks for nudes, asks about sex and tries to sext me.

He jokes that I'm the love of his life, but he'll go days without texting me.

Personally I feel like his actions are showing you everything you’d need to know. When a guy is constantly talking about sex or asking for dirty pics and goes days without talking to you, in my mind that isn’t chasing instead keeping you around until you meet and potentially hook up. Once that happens I could bet money the small effort he’s giving you now will lessen or he’d just ghost completely. Someone who’s really genuinely wants to meet you and enjoy your company would court you the proper way. Him adding such a strong element of sex and not prioritizing you in some way just seems one track minded.
