Guys, what do you think when a girl goes all the way to your house to send food she bakes for you?

Lets say she bakes for all her friends including you, her guy friend. She went all the way down to your house just to pass you the food she bakes.

Well, if she did it just for me then I would think that she likes me. But if she also bakes for all of her other friends, then I would just think she is being friendly.
