Should I be insecure over a guys ex?

i met this guy he’s a pretty cute guy he’s 22 and I’m 21. I know he has an ex who’s a year younger than me and she’s pretty she has a prettt face and is skinny but is also curvy so basically the perfect body. I know they were together for a long time I’m not sure why they broke up but I get told that I am pretty. I know that I have a cute face because people have told me before but I’m a little bit of a chubbier girl. I’m not super chubby but I am chubby and that kinda makes me insecure cause he has a pretty ex and obviously they’ve done stuff together. And well im nothing like her physically so im just curious should I be insecure over his ex? Do guys even compare new girls they talk to to their ex? Should I let it go? Lol I don't know maybe im thinking too much. It might have to do with the fact that I was wayyyy chubbier when I was younger and I lost a lot of that weight but I’m still chubby so I’m unsure of myself because now I’m getting complimented all the time when I used to not get complimented at all.

Self doubt is self destruction.

I dont think you have anything to be worried about but even if you did you still shouldn't because it will only harm you to do so, nothing good comes from it.

There are exceptions ofcourse but unless you are an American policeman wondering if you should stop kneeling on some guys throat or not you are probably fine.
