Just like rape in the military, rape in the police is not something that will be allowed to come to court.

There is little you can do other than report it to your sergeant and hope he doesn't close ranks on you.

Rape is the one of the leading causes of a female's emotional trauma. No way in the world is it not going before a judge. My Sargeant can close ranks on me all he want. At the end, I'm not the one that got sexually abused and has to suffer long term emotional disturbance.
