So the guy I’m talking to, his phone died and he never called me back then the next day he blows up my phone saying “I thought you were going to call me back” I wanted to see if you liked me enough to call me back “it was a test “? Like what

Sounds legitimate to me... If you really liked him then you would have given him benefit of the doubt and called him back. You are giving off some kind of a Vibe for a guy to come up with Something like a Woman would do. This is not a good sign for longevity.
