My guy friend (who I have a bit of a crush on) is always touching me in some way. Most of the time it's just a hand on the back or the waist, but he's also touched my ass and my breasts a couple of times (not like I mind).

You would think he has a thing for me, but he's naturally flirty with most girls, so I really don't know what to think.

It seems pretty obvious to me: at minimum he wants to be all over your body. He really should be checking to make sure that you consent to him touching you, especially in intimate areas. You say he's flirty with other women - does he touch their breasts and butts as well? If not, he's into you particularly. If he does touch other women that way, then it appears he's just after female bodies and doesn't actually care about them as people (and likely doesn't care about their consent). Next time you're with him and he gets handsy, ask him why.
