Do you show up in Twitter's "Who to Follow" if you looked at a profile?

I have looked at my ex boyfriends page from my business account and I decided I was just going to block him on that profile and try to move on. The next day I went to the profile and I noticed he blocked me as well on that profile. I didn't think he knew about it, he did know I had a business but how did he find out and block me?
