Guy friend (who has a girlfriend) sometimes sits in my lap. Usually I’m at a computer, he’ll pull my chair out and plop down. Is he being annoying or flirty? I don’t care, but my friend (girl) tells him to stop it, that’s weird, etc.

I would say it's either to be annoying or flirty, depends how long he's done it for!
