Guys, WWYD if your crush kisses guys in front of you (but she didn't know the guy likes her)?

I didn't know before that this guys likes me, he'll be named Paul. Me (female) kissed so many guys in front on him, but I did not know he likes me. Later I found out from my friend (we'll call her Betty) Betty that Paul likes me. I did not have feeling for him, plus he wasn't showing interest in me so I ignored it and continued kissing more guys in front of him (somehow he always ends up at the party where I kiss guys). Then one night, me and Paul kissed. 3 months later I kissed other guys, but started catching feelings for Paul, so I decided to stop kissing so many men. I started focusing on Paul, but thought he lost feelings, so I moved on. Then recently I found out he still has feelings for me, but he is just shy. I want to commit to him, and only him because I only want to stick to one man. I want to know from a guys perspective, what would u want the girl to do in this situation? Should I tell him straight up I like him? Or will that scare him off?
