There was a shy, quiet guy I was talking to. Each time I asked him a question, the outgoing guy would interrupt; and draw the conversation back to himself.

I think that was more of the outgoing guy just wanting to be the center of attention, or maybe just really talkative. When we tell stories or spark conversations, often our first thoughts relate back to what we’ve experienced or done or learned. He was probably just excited to talk period.
