Why did he asked if I have any single female friends for his friend?

We had once a drunk one night stand last summer when we met. After that we talked and agreed we are both currently not looking for a relationship and just stayed friends. We hangout occasionally like once a month maybe, we are also neighbores.

I never met any of his friends and he never met mine either, but we do talk about them so I have a general idea about them. We are about to hangout tonight and he just asked me if I have any single female friend to introduce him to one of his friends.

Why wouldn't he introduce ME to his friend when he knows I'm single? If we're really friends and he really thinks I'm as amazing as he claims, wouldn't I be one of the potential female friends as well? Maybe his friend saw my pictures and thinks I'm ugly? Or is some bro code?

He knows I'm looking for a serious relationship, that time we hooked up was a long time ago (and the reason we didn't pursue is because he was indecisive. But he knows I'm a serious person.

Or he just said that because he would check if your friend is more willing than you at the moment.
There is another option too, either foursome and he is too afraid to ask or have sex while the others watch.
