How do you get a guy to forgive you?

How do you get a guy to forgive you and text you back after a misunderstanding? He believes I lied to him about things I haven’t, his friends are backing him up and also ignoring me. he even unfollowed me on Instagram.
I’ve reached out this week and last week and asked him to talk about everything that’s bothering him so we can solve this, and nothing. He’s been ignoring me. I really don’t know what else to do. Any advice?

I regret to say you don't. The only tool you have in your tool box on this one is time. Either he'll thaw a little and give you an opening to apologize (if you need to do so) or he won't. Based on what you say, my guess he won't.

But, if he does, the answer to your question is be genuine, apologize if required (do NOT make any excuses [even if they're true -- they dilute your apology and make you sound insincere]), and move on being yourself.

Give him some time to collect his thoughts. You've done all you can do for know. Sometimes a little time is a good thing, allows you to center yourself too. He will get back to you, simply bc he would not want to leave you hanging (if he is a good guy).

There's not much one can do besides apologizing and be consistent when contacted. First we have to miss you so give him alone time without pressure or text.

There’s not much you can do besides apologizing. It’s up to him after that to forgive you or not. But have some respect for yourself, you sound like a little puppy crying at his doorstep. If he can’t forgive you then that’s on him. You know what you did or didn’t do. What exactly was it or is it that he believes you did? Continue living your life.
