We were having a fight about his job I said I didn’t like not being able to see him much, I was giving out to him which I shouldn’t have. Then he says this is my job deal with it if you don’t like it find someone else. I got upset/angry and said well that shows how much you care about me.

There needs to be some communication here between the two of you. You’re not on the same page as him, just as he isn’t on the same page as you. Do you know why he works so much?
