I got a co worker from hell?

I got this co worker from hell who really doesn’t like me. he’s not a team player he quietly mouths off at me. Calls me names. Today I heard him call me jerk. All I can do is ignore his behavior because if I report it then all of his “friends” won’t be very happy. This experience I learned from a previous employment. I wish I got proof of his behavior towards me. Why is younger generations are getting more ruder with older people.

If its a big company try and get transferred

I can’t get a transferred because I don’t drive plus I just got hired

Well mention them in the HR meeting and remember to record keep. Or find a different job if it’s really toxic, but know that you would be letting this guy and his cronies win and nothing would be accomplished
