Does it means something is wrong with the girl even if her dressing is good, she is well mannered still why just physical attraction towards her. No effort in knowing her or dating her.

Dressing well is part of looking good. Well-mannered is a basic human standard, so there's nothing noteworthy there. If those are the only traits she has going for her, of course men will only be interested in her looks. There's nothing else to focus on.

Whereas, other more decent guys will focus on her personality, hobbies and interests.
