Is this guy strange or what? So I’ve been dating this guy for 3 weeks. He’s sweet and really treats me nice. He’s taken me on some pretty nice dates and paid for all of it. He consistently text me good morning and goodnight every day. He always makes time to see me. He buys me flowers and He’s always coming to my rescue. Like when I was sick at work he drove an hour to bring me medicine. Or when I lost my headphones he picked me up some new ones. He randomly sent me some cash several times ( I never asked him to ). On our last date one of the moments that caught me off guard was when we were talking & listening to music and he started to seriously cry. The music reminded him of a loved one who passed away. I was surprised that he was actually crying but I hugged and kissed on him and wiped his tears. Later on He randomly blurted out that he wants me to be his girlfriend but no rush. After that we made out (we didn’t have sex) then He fell asleep in my lap while I massaged his beard and head. The day after that date he told me that he loves me and that he hopes that doesn’t freak me out. He definitely freaked me out ! I asked him when did he realize that and he said he realized that he loves me on our last date. He said he feels safe and warm when I touch him and that he loves being around me. Today he asked me to officially be his girlfriend. I’m ready to ghost this guy! Tell me why u think he’s behaving this way? Is he bullshitting me? I thought we had a real connection but I’m starting to think he’s FAKE. Should I ghost him and is it possible he’s telling the truth? What should I do in this situation?

Why on earth would you ghost him? Some people are more in tune with their feelings. They fall hard and fast. There’s nothing wrong with that. Most people nowadays, especially men, are so guarded with their feelings. Afraid to open up and be vulnerable with someone. They think it’ll show weakness or they’re scared to be hurt. But if you close yourself off, you’re not just closing off to pain, you’re closing off to potential love and happiness. Most women would be very envious to be in your position. He sounds like a great guy that’s in love with you. What more could anyone ask for. But you also have to search your feelings. If you’re not feeling it, let him go. If you really like him, maybe love him, ask yourself why you’re so quick to push him away? I have a feeling this has more to do with you , than him.

You are right because I couldn’t believe he cried in front of me like that. I never saw a man be that vulnerable it’s shocking to me because it doesn’t happen often. I thought this guy must be pulling a prank or something

We’re so used to guys pretending to be macho. Holding back their feelings and emotions in fear of what people will think. They feel they are supposed to be strong, brave, tough. The protecter. Being vulnerable or showing too much emotion, would make them feel weak. But it’s not true. A lot of men bottle their emotions. Which can greatly impact someone negatively. It might cause them to act out, get angry, or abuse substances and/or people. Because they have all these emotions locked up inside, when triggered, it could cause them to explode like a volcano. They don’t understand how to control or safely vent their feelings. So that being said, you are lucky to have found someone who is confident enough to show that part of himself. And opening up to you like that is a very positive thing. Most men won’t pretend to be vulnerable just to get a girl let alone play her like that. So keep an open mind and open heart. Try opening yourself up to him as well. And always trust your gut. I’m not gonna sugar coat it and say he’s the one and you’ll grow old together. But this is definitely worth exploring. Remember ever person you come across is there to either teach us or reach us.

It's possible he s telling the truth. There's no big rush if you don't want there to be. If you enjoy dating him go ahead and make it exclusive and don't do anything in the relationship you don't want , not ready or rushed to do.

He may have excess estrogen / low testosterone. It's also possible he's just been brainwashed into being a simp, or has a poor relationship with his father, or an absent father. When a man loves someone he doesn't know, he's loving a fantasy...

All are major redflags and signs of deeper issues to do with self esteem.

Why would he fake all of that? Driving an hour to deliver medicine? Come on.
So you to take the cowards way out and ghost him? Why not just tell him what's up?

Ghost him or tell him it's not working out and block asap. This is a dangerous emotionally scorned and desperately lonely man.

He needs to work on himself before being with anyone.

Please block and permanently remove yourself from the situation.

Return and replace everything he's given you.. including the money.

Don't accept anything else from him.

Don't talk to him.
