I need your thoughts on this cause I’m trying to wrap my feelings around it.

My boyfriend said he loves me last night and I said it in return but I’m thinking about it and am getting anxious if I actually feel that way yet or I just said it so as to not make things awkward between us x

I really really like him but that is a big word and realistically we’ve really known each other intimately for 2 weeks. This is getting very real for me very fast.

Just because he said it this soon doesn’t mean he is trying to move too fast and the same for you. You can tell this guy you love him and always remind him you still want to proceed slowly. Obviously there is a good enough connection for the two of you to still be together.

How many relationships has he been in before you? It could be you are treating him in a way no one else has or like he has been looking for all along, and he appreciates you for it. Saying he loves you would be his way of saying it.

I am very attracted to a woman now, that has displayed to me, the one thing my ex wife of 18 years was unable to do because of her narcissistic personality, and that is empathy.

That one single personality trait has me swooning. Now, granted l haven’t told her l love her, but she has my heart for the time being.

If she continues with her empathy, it would be petty of me to push her to change many of her personality flaws.

If I were to tell her, l love her, l could say it more like this: Do you know what I really LOVE about you……

I can’t understand why people freak out when someone new in their lives state they love them.

The world would be better off if more people did love each other.

You can freak out and run away, or you can talk to him and say, "It's too early to feel love, but let's keep seeing each other and we'll see what develops." And keep your radar on alert for signs of possessiveness.

He might pull away or be hurt, but that's okay. You need to be honest with how you feel, or even if you do come to love him, that early lie will always be your foundation with him.

If he can't respect your pace or feelings, then you know it won't work.

But if he really surrounds you tell him, "I love you", but "I am not in love with you.

" I love you" - Yes you are significant part of my life and growing on me..

"I am in love with you" - I cannot live without you, and losing you will absolutely destroy me..

Tell him you need some more time to build that trust and comfort, it's is going so far really good, but just some more time to reach there.. 🤗

it could be that he really does love you, but I think 2 weeks is a little too soon.
You need to be around someone a bit longer to see what the real person is like, not their representative.
You know the one, she says she likes going to the racetrack, tractor pulls all the stuff you like doing at first, but as time goes on she won't go with you, or wants to go look at new towels instead of going to the world championship pulls, stuff like that.
However, you, and don't take this badly, are just rocking his world during sex, and he can barely stand when you are done and needs a few minutes to get some blood back into his other head and can't ever figure out how he got so lucky to end up with you.
Or a combination of everything.
Ask him what exactly made him fall in love with you and see what he says.
That might help you out.
It can and has happened that quickly.
