Guys, Would this even be considered hitting on someone?

New co worker started working at our company, I am older but we are both university students as well. He will be going to Spain for exchange program and he needed to write something in Spanish, he doesn’t know any and I am fluent. He asked me if I could help and I said expecting him to just to write something for him to send via email or helping at work when it slows down. But then he mentions doing it after work. Although I am fluent there are many other resources in my opinion that could translate for him so I am confused. I do catch him looking at me sometimes, especially today when I was using teams to chat with my coworker and we started giggling and laughing. All the sudden he pops over his head around the column that blocks us and I noticed him glancing a peek at me smiling. Is this a good sign?

You know i would say don't be in a hurry , look for some more signs , like if the eye contact happnes daily , if he is treating you nice comparing to others , if he gets nervous around you sometime. Then we can say

He does look at me a lot I would say, daily. He joins in topic only when I am involved or when I a doing something he suddenly wants to learn. Or when I am talking to my co workers and I suddenly laugh he peaks. He does try to help me out on occasions by contacting my clients if I am too busy without asking. He is a nice person to everyone and is a bit shy naturally but he does tend to get a little bit nervous when I am around.

Shy guys are bit hard to read. I am a shy guy so mine actions dosen't match to my feelings sometimes Haha. Coz i get nervous and it would be really hard for me to approach a girl i like.

And i think if you getting this much of signs then I think he kinda have crush on you but dosen't know how to tell you and what you feel about him. So that's why i would say he is trying to get as much close to get u know
