Why did he reject me, chose to date another girl in our circle, still flirt/tease/stare etc. and now he set up a fake profile on IG to tell me?

Im a very beautiful lady, and pretty etc. which I basically proved given that he used his name, my nickname, and a very specific profile which I ran through Google lens to determine that it was a fake account and the name of the account had been changed 6 times. He’s been dating her about 8 months, and still gives me attention. I really liked him but in my mind I will always be a second choice now.. what do you guys think? And what’s with the fake profile?
