Well I used to smoke when I met my girlfriend. She never wanted to make me do anything, or pressure me into doing anything so she didn’t ask. And she knew I did it for my anxiety. But I could tell by her body language, head turning- aways and her holding her breath that she hated it. So I stopped.

Good way to see if he likes you more than his cigs. I’d let him have a timetable. Usually they buy a pack a throw away half and smoke the rest, etc…it’s a process when changing human behavior. And I would argue one of the hardest things to do.
