Guys, What does this mean "you're pretty, don't let it get to your head"?

Well let me see if I can break it down for you.

In the first part, he means to say that you are pretty which is very good.

In the second part, he means to say but don’t let it go to your head so you don’t become egotistical.

Not really. Its a fairly common add on sentence, certainly among men when they compliment each other it is. He simply thinks you are pretty.

No. I will talk to my wife like I do other men at times. She doesn’t like it. I see her ss not only my wife and lover but as a close friend. He probably sees you as a friend as well, maybe more too.
