Why would a woman feel "offended" by me just because I'm not her type BUT she knows I don't feel anything bad or good for her?

There were some woman who felt "offended" by my mere presence... my appearance from what I heard

But I never showed any signs that I liked them...

Try asking someone who doesn't seem like a complete bitch but still seems to dislike you for some reason.

My therapists, social workers, female cousins, female neighbors all get very hostile towards me from the start

Therapists or social workers might be your best bet to ask. They are paid to help.

No... they also got very hostile towards me... but more so in line with making sexual comments and gestures

In & out of therapy... females have either gotten very hostile/rude or have made sexual gestures and comments about my size & physical appearance

So I do stand out to the opposite sex

Seeing as some are extremely sexual towards you I'd say you have to be attractive to certain women. So maybe you attract a specific type of women.

Most of the woman that found me "attractive" were mostly 35+ but mainly from the therapy world

Double standards. Not only that a lot of women assume just cause you look at them or say hi or open the door you’re automatically attracted to them. Even the ugly ones.

But if the woman act this way to me but not to other guys? Always giving me attitude problems
