Guys, Is it normal that my brother is constantly scratching at his dick?

I mean constantly not just sometimes or like a little. He's 27 and will nonstop be scratching at his nuts and its so disgusting and he doesn't see anything wrong with it because he does it in front of my mom alllllll the time. like all the time. is this normal or is there something wrong with him?

He must have not maintained good hygiene, and has fungal infection down there!.. Thats making it Itch and he is scratching..

Get him alone, tell him what he is doing is disgusting. Ask him, if he is itchy? If he is itchy tell him to shave it all off. Then apply an anti fungal powder in his whole crotch and if itch is in his genitals use Anti-fingal cream. ( clotrimazole is top drug)

If that doesn't cures it, he need to consult a Doctor if he has an STD, if he is Sexually active..

Maybe he has some skin problems but it is gross nonetheless and he must do something about it before it gets worse

I ignored the itching near my balls at first and then it got worse and took months to recover after meeting a good dermatologist

He could be sweating or have yeast infection of the gentilia area. And it's not normal, but I'm single and in my sleep I touch my penis so who knows, but I don't do it in front of people.

Guys get itchy balls if they shave themselves down there. That's one possible reason (speaking from experience). Do you know if he shaves his nuts? That might explain things.
