My boyfriend said he feels miserable?

He called me saying its weird a boss called him after work, he sees strange signs over his bosss name on the call and he thinks he is spying on him using camera

I said :why would anyone do that to you? really people do that?

He was like:oh you dont know what people can do they can spy on you. Maybe she wants to know my location or what im doing. I have nothing to hide.

Anyways... this paranoia goes for at least 2 or 3 weeks: about him thinking people spy on him and his phone. He even put a tempo message on whatsapp with Me...

Then he said he feels unhappy and miserable.

I asked what i can do? He said nothibg kinda laughed it... and i said im really sorry he feels like that he said " me too"

Has he done anything wrong that would get him into trouble? If not, he has nothing to worry about.

He has proper paranoia
I have no idea how to deal with this
How do i convince him nobody is soying on him

In most states, that doesn't amount to much of a penalty, and even if they want to go 'hardcore' on him, he'll likely find another job quickly, because when his future supervisor finds out that he got railroaded by a BS weed case, they'll want to hire him immediately, I suspect.
