Boyfriend gets super pissed about small things, is it normal?

Recent fight , we were talking as normal and I ended up asking questions that I already asked before. That made him annoyed because it ruined the conversation flow and he doesn’t like repeating himself. I explained I didn’t intentionally annoy him. He says that doesn’t change anything, even if it was unintentional.

He’s still super mad at me. So he treats me as if I did something really bad like told him to f*ck off. If something isn’t done intentionally isn’t that more forgiving than intentionally annoying someone? I thought it would make it easier for him to forgive me but not according to him!

Sounds like he’s kind of impatient with you. That alone is a concern because if something as small as that triggers anger from him then you are not in a healthy situation nor is he clearly loving to you.

It’s not normal for everyone, just people like him with short tempers and someone who will tolerate it. I can’t imagine this is something you’d like to deal with for the rest of your life, walking on egg shells worried what will set him off.
