Guy's Behavior

I 'm dating a guy named jk right, I have a guy that is seated next to me, but out of nowhere he asked me if i" m still dating jk, what does that mean?

Let's call the guy E, so this guy has like a blank expression whenever he stared at me, he would just stare at me, even when i caught him and he saw that I was looking back he just keep looking at me he did not even look away or blink. So, like I said E is my assigned partner for class, so we were seated randomly he put his legs on my thighs he did not say anything he just stared at me and then put his legs down. He would also randomly ask me if I was still dating J my boyfriend, like when I told him yes, each time, he would just nod, like what the heck does that mean. When sometimes we would get out of the classroom together it looked like he wanted to say something, but he would just open his month then close it who knows what he wanted to say. Like one time we were going opposite ways of the hallway, and I was talking to my friends while walking then i feel a stare when I look up to the side, I see E just staring at me while he is walking with his friends, so I catch him and we at each other for about 3 seconds, then I look away, but I could still feel his stare. What does all of this mean I am very slow so I don't know what is up with is guy?
