Yes, I prefer men with naturally smooth (or waxed) chests, backs, shoulders, sides, and butt (and crack). But I am perfectly okay with him having naturally hairy arms, thighs, and legs (as long as he doesn't hit gorilla status). And I very much want him to have no more than a trimmed bush (prefer all-natural) and I love a man with a nice happy trail.
