Have heard nothing. Guys help was my response ok or what else could I have said

Ah, I wouldn't worry too much. Sounds like maybe he just got distracted hanging with the boys, you know how it is. Your response seemed fine to me - didn't want to interrupt their time together.

As for not hearing back right away, some guys just suck at texting back quickly sometimes. At least he said he'd call in 20. I'm sure it'll be all good when you talk! And hey, he sent you kisses so he's still interested.

My guychrometer thinks that your response told him two things:

1. You don't like his mates, and

2. You are weak, unable to make decisions

He was expecting you to simply say, "Great, let's meet at 10" and since you didn't, he is now confused, wondering what kind of woman you really are, and whether he should take the time and effort to meet you, and maybe get to know you.

At this point, if you really want to see this guy, plan a date with him, at a specific time and place of your choosing. How he reacts will tell you if this might go somewhere.

In an effort to be understanding and flexible with his time, you might have come off as being smug and upset and now putting him off. Conversations via text are soooo easy to misinterpret.
