Advice on alarm etiquette?

My friend and I shared a bed in a tiny studio apartment. He starts works 10 minutes away at 6am but has an alarm at 4:35am. When his alarm goes off, it plays three different songs every two to five minutes. So from 4:35am to 5:45am I’m trapped listening to very annoying songs. I’ve asked why he needs so many alarms, he said it’s so he wakes up on time. I asked if he could cut back his alarms to just 5am in longer intervals cause I literally wake up every time and can rarely go back to sleep. He said no since he needs it. However, if he sets his alarm to be up early any other day, it’s only one or two alarms. There was even one time there was metal in his speakers so he couldn’t hear his alarm so I had to set an alarm for him. I set the alarm for 5:00am in nine minute intervals, the last one being at 5:30am. He had no issue getting up on time. I hate losing sleep over his alarms especially when I have to be up at 6am some days. I wear ear plugs every night and will be lucky to sleep through his alarms. Any advice? I’m not going to be moving out just yet cause I need to save more.

If you are a couple sleeping in the same bed, NO FONKING WAY SHOULD YOU HAVE MORE THEN 1 ALARM. Also you should shut the alarm off immediately and get up. Unfortunately, there is no way to get around waking the other person up unless they are a heavy sleeper. But there is no way I would put up with what you got going on. That is not only bullshiz, but really inconsiderate of you.
People that claim to need "a snoooze" or multiple alarms are full of shit. set an alarm, when it goes off, get up. period.

There's one alarm. It goes off, you get up. Beyond that you're getting cold water to the face. I'm not playing that 2-hour snooze button shite.
