Boyfriend told me he was going out to a works Christmas party, he sent me a picture of his food and it was his plate and only one other at a table?

He told me he was going to a work party. Later on he sent me a picture of his food. In the picture, there was one table , with only his and another plate, and two glasses. The table seated several people but there was no sign of anyone else in the other seats. I’m worried he went out with another woman. Should I be concerned?

I wouldn’t jump to conclusions. It would just have been easier for him to not say anything about a “Christmas party” at all if he was going out w another chick. I’m assuming you two don’t live together. As for the other plate, could have been a buddy of his. Quite honestly myself I don’t really go to company functions. If I do I’m usually the loner, but people will come up to me, maybe sit w me. So it could have been a co-worker sitting w him. Hell it could have been a plate someone just left there after they were don’t eating. Maybe the owner of said plate was standing up talking to others, or just out set the plate there even if they weren’t engaging w your boyfriend.

Thanks for the reply. I was relieved, it was a male coworker and the reason they were sitting together on one table was due to the restaurant layout 🙏🙏
