Me and my coworker had/have an affair going on. Things are now in a limbo, but he is acting really strange and is confusing me.
He is acting casual and like we are no longer an item in one minute and in the next like I'm everything to him... he is bumping into me, standing too close... touching me accidentally and not.
And today we had a lunch with other coworkers, I finished eating and her started eating the leftovers from my plate in front of everyone. I noticed visible confusion in everyone's eyes.
I don't know what to think, whenever I start addressing our relationship, he says "I don't want to talk about it"

The flat out disinterest in talking about progressing your relationship is more than enough to throw in the towel. He’s eating off your plate because it’s food you allow to be available for him, and honestly I think it speaks to the relationship in general. He knows he can pick off your plate, even if you’re not fully done, even if he didn’t ask, you’d let him have it. You’ve repeatedly asked what comes next, and he won’t give you a relationship but knows you will be available for whatever when he calls. He has access to your food, your body, and you let him. Maybe it’s time to change the course of things to where he understands you’re not available to be used, not to eat off your plate or to lay in your bed.
He is doing what he wants and wishes at the moment in time
