Romantic or creepy?

A man I‘ve known for years told me that he thinks about me, morning, afternoon and night. That he loves me. Is that romantic, or creepy? We’re not dating.

Ask him what he thinks about at night and then you can get a clear understanding if he's creepy lol.

I wouldn't consider it creepy but it ain't romantic either. Since, you haven't been dating I think that was a pretty cheesy thing to say.
Perhaps he meant it to be romantic but his way of expression definitely wasn't the best.
If he's creepy, he's gonna give some or other hint in near future coz he won't be able to hide it.

Neither creepy or romantic, but please if you don't like him that way let him know and do it gently. When I was young I confesses my love to a girl I liked and I wish she just let me down easy instead of ignoring me. That hurt a lot back then.

If he's unattractive: creepy
