She knew before I did. She saw how alike we were.
Most women want to only know a man to know how to manipulate him. She wanted to know ME. She just wanted be around me. Be part of my world. I also think that's why it took so long for me to realize this. Because she didn't want to control me. She did want to make me see her. She wanted me to discover her. And if I was smarter I would have much earlier. And I'm thankful that she was patient and didn't hold that fact against me. And that is why she's worth the rest of my life. Because to her I was worth waiting for. She's a better person than me (it's evident in the way she treats everyone). Yet she doesn't hold that against me. She's patient and let's me work and grow and get better. I hope one day I'll be worthy of her.
For me it was when we got into deeper conversations and her liberal approach and mindset to my past experiences and the phase I had undergone until we met was clear. Knowing that she accepted me for it all and what to come, broke down this wall I had built up for years and I knew she was the one. The deeper and more emotional the questions got, the deeper I fell for her.
